About the role

This is a Level 2 Welding Apprenticeship opportunity at WREKIN SHEETMETAL LTD in Telford. The apprenticeship will provide comprehensive training in welding, cutting, and grinding techniques, as well as the operation of fabrication machinery. The apprentice will learn to read and interpret technical drawings, maintain a safe work environment, and support senior fabricators. Key duties include Mig and Tig Welding, fabricating in various steel grades, marking out and drilling materials, and performing inspections. This role requires strong communication, IT, and problem-solving skills. Upon successful completion of the 2-year apprenticeship, there is a potential for a full-time position within the company.
