Apprentice Warehouse Operative

About the role

This apprenticeship is for an Apprentice Warehouse Operative at TRAILERTEQ LTD in Bamber Bridge, Preston. The role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Stores Department, including accurate stock counting, receiving deliveries, putting stock away, picking and preparing parts for engineers, and preparing pallets. You will also carry out stock checks, assist with basic sub-assembly, and use hand and power tools safely. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment is crucial, along with following company procedures and quality standards. The apprenticeship offers excellent long-term prospects with opportunities for progression within the business for dedicated individuals. As part of the apprenticeship, you will work towards a Level 2 Warehouse Operative qualification with Preston College, with training being 100% workplace-based.
