About the role

As a Warehouse Apprentice at Flooring Supplies UK, you will gain practical experience in all aspects of warehouse operations while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification. This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in logistics, stock management and customer service within a growing flooring distribution business.

Key duties include receiving, checking and safely storing deliveries, picking and packing customer orders, preparing goods for dispatch, loading and unloading vehicles, assisting with stock control and inventory management, labelling and organising stock, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, and following health and safety procedures.

You will also learn to use warehouse equipment and systems safely, assist customers at the trade counter, develop product knowledge, and work as part of a team to provide excellent service. Completing all apprenticeship training and coursework is essential. This role offers full training and support, providing the opportunity to earn while you learn and build the foundations for a long-term career in warehousing, logistics and distribution.
