About the role
Aalco Metals is seeking an Apprentice Warehouse Operative to join their team in Southampton. This apprenticeship offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to complete the Supply Chain Warehouse Operative apprenticeship programme. Duties include picking and packing orders, loading and unloading vehicles, moving materials, goods in/out, processing materials, stock control, and maintaining warehouse standards. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Upon successful completion, there are opportunities for permanent employment and progression to supervisory roles. Applicants must be 18+ due to insurance restrictions and machinery usage.
