About the role
This apprenticeship is based on the Level 4 Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Apprenticeship. The role involves assisting senior managers with project budgeting, cost control, contractor selection and management, dispute mitigation, financial recording, and progress valuation. Applicants must have good knowledge of Mathematics and Excel, GCSE Maths and English at grade C or 4 and above, along with three other subjects at the same grade. Essential skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, logical thinking, and initiative. The apprenticeship is based in Oxford and applicants must live within 30 miles of the site address and within an Oxfordshire Post Code Area. Upon completion, there is a pathway to further training for Level 5 and Level 6 qualifications.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths, English and three other subjects: C or 4 and above. Good IT skills in Outlook, Word and Excel.
