As a Site Management (Production) Trainee at Wates, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of construction projects. Responsibilities include supporting daily site activities, promoting health and safety, working with subcontractors, developing relationships with clients and colleagues, assisting with programme monitoring, supporting quality inspections, understanding construction methods, learning about cost management, contributing to site meetings, and gaining knowledge of digital construction tools.
