About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Apprentice Chef at THE INN ON THE PROM. You will gain hands-on experience in producing a variety of dishes using both fresh and pre-prepared ingredients. Key responsibilities include ensuring correct food stock rotation and storage, working effectively as part of a team, and communicating with colleagues and customers. You will learn to prepare, serve, and close down operations efficiently to meet daily demands, all while adhering strictly to food safety regulations and legislation. Adaptability in producing dishes for special dietary, religious, and allergenic requirements will also be a crucial part of your training.
