About the role
Embark on a culinary journey with a Chef Apprenticeship at Toby Carvery in Maidstone. This 15-month program offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring cleanliness, and contributing to team success. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided, including work-based learning, remote coaching, and workplace mentorship. The apprenticeship also includes Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. Upon completion, opportunities for higher-level apprenticeships and career progression to Head Chef are available.
