About the role
This is a Chef Apprenticeship opportunity at Punch Tavern - Canterbury. The apprenticeship is for a Production Chef Level 2, lasting 15 months. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standard, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and participating in team meetings. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. The apprenticeship includes work-based training, with face-to-face sessions and remote coaching every 6 weeks, as well as workplace mentorship. Functional Skills in English and Maths will be obtained if needed.
