About the role
Join Toby Carvery - Aintree as a Chef Apprentice and embark on a 15-month journey to become a fully qualified Production Chef. This work-based apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen, with no prior experience required. You'll learn to prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, manage kitchen cleanliness, and handle guest queries. You will also gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. Upon completion, there are excellent opportunities for career progression within Mitchells & Butlers, including higher-level apprenticeships and potential promotion to Head Chef.
