About the role
Become a vital part of the front of house team at Iford Bridge Tavern, a bustling pub and restaurant. As a Bar and Waiting Apprentice, you'll be the welcoming face for guests, mastering the menu, and providing personalized recommendations. This role is perfect for someone with a warm and helpful attitude, as no prior experience is needed – full training will be provided. You'll work towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, gaining a nationally recognized qualification through on-the-job training, remote coaching, and workplace mentorship. You'll also develop functional skills in English and Maths if required.
