About the role

This role will provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians while ensuring high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance. Day-to-day Dental Nurse duties may include welcoming patients, handling enquiries, preparing surgeries, sterilising instruments, assisting clinicians during treatments, accurately updating patient records, supporting patients' comfort, monitoring and managing stock, maintaining clean clinical areas, upholding patient privacy, and collaborating with the wider team. A career in dental nursing offers progression into roles such as Senior Dental Nurse, Lead Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, or Practice Manager. Further training can lead to becoming a Dental Hygienist, Dental Therapist, or Orthodontic Therapist.
