About the role
Join Pine Marten in Harrogate as a Bar and Waiting Apprentice and become the friendly face of our guest experience. This role involves serving guests, recommending menu items, and ensuring a memorable visit. You'll develop excellent customer service skills, learn about our extensive menu, and contribute to a positive team environment. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while working in a dynamic hospitality setting. You will work towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, including functional skills in English and maths if needed.
