About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Freight Forwarder to join the Operations team at Geodis FF United Kingdom Ltd in Exeter. The role involves providing administrative and operational support, working closely with internal and external customers, handling invoicing and job costing, and managing customs entries. The apprentice will also focus on customer service, ensuring reports are completed on time, and resolving queries from customers and suppliers. This apprenticeship offers on-the-job training and support from a dedicated delivery coach, with the goal of developing skills in logistics and freight forwarding. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a permanent position with good career prospects.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or 4. Excellent communication, IT, attention to detail, organisational, customer care, administrative, numeracy, and teamwork skills.
