Apprentice Level 3 Early Years Educator

About the role

An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting at Tomberries Nursery. You will develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. This role involves supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive. Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations, supporting personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour, working closely with colleagues and families, ensuring the health, safety and well-being of children, and following safeguarding procedures. Essential requirements include GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. Desired is an Early Years Level 2 qualification. Key skills include communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, being non-judgemental, and patience. Successful apprentices may secure a permanent Early Years Educator position with opportunities to progress into senior roles.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. Early Years Level 2 desired.
