As a SEN Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience while developing your skills, supporting pupils in their learning, and contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere. Duties include assisting teachers with lesson preparation, providing tailored guidance to pupils, supporting behaviour management, organising teaching materials, and tracking student performance. You will work closely with staff to ensure all pupils feel included and supported, and encourage the use of technology in lessons. Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths grade C/4 or equivalent.
