Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our friendly team at Sunnycroft Residential Care Home, providing high quality care and support. You will support residents with daily activities and personal care, provide companionship and emotional support, and help create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment. You will work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality care. We are looking for someone with a kind, patient, and positive attitude, good communication and teamwork skills, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility. Previous care experience is helpful but not essential, and a caring and compassionate nature is desired. Possible opportunity to progress within the care sector and develop additional skills and qualifications following successful completion of the apprenticeship. Enhanced DBS checks will be completed upon successful offer of employment.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English 4-9, GCSE Maths 4-9. Communication skills, Organisation skills, Team working, Initiative, Patience.
