About the role

Kisharon Noé School is seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant Apprentices to support pupils aged 4-19 with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities. As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will assist pupils in lessons and daily activities, work with individuals and small groups, and help children achieve their personal goals. Key duties include supporting communication, social interaction, independence, and life skills, preparing learning resources, and managing behavioural and sensory needs. You will work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals, build positive relationships, and adhere to safeguarding and confidentiality policies. Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) is desired. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude are essential.
