About the role
Holcim UK is seeking an HR Data Analyst Apprentice to study towards a Business Data Essentials apprenticeship (L3 - Data in the People Profession). This role involves transforming raw people data into actionable insights to support smarter, fairer, and more effective business decisions across Holcim's UK team. Apprentices will work with experienced HR professionals and data analysts, gaining hands-on experience with real workforce data and reporting systems. Key skills developed will include data visualisation, HR metrics, dashboard reporting, data analysis, and trends forecasting, leading to a nationally recognised qualification. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and enjoys solving puzzles and turning data into clear stories. No prior HR analytics knowledge is required, as a practical skills assessment will be used to gauge natural ability and problem-solving skills.
