About the role
The Chubb Apprenticeship Programme is a 24-month opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience within the Claims function. This rotational structure offers a comprehensive understanding of the insurance cycle while equipping apprentices with practical skills and industry knowledge. Duties include supporting claims teams to deliver exceptional client service, taking ownership of key operational tasks, assisting in delivering Chubb's claims strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in line with standards. Working closely with the claims team, apprentices will develop the skills to exceed customer and broker expectations and lay the foundation for a successful career in insurance claims.
