About the role
Join B&Q as a Customer Advisor and become an expert in home improvement projects. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks its best. You'll have opportunities for training in paint-mixing and timber cutting. Key responsibilities include actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, offering solutions, collaborating with colleagues, resolving customer issues positively, encouraging feedback, maximizing sales through available tools, understanding store processes, and operating safely and compliantly.
