About the role

Swarm is working with Gleeson Homes who are recruiting Apprentice Sales Executives to join the growing Sales team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is commercially minded and wants to develop a long-term career in professional sales. The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, identifying sales opportunities, supporting development promotions, and working closely with Sales and Construction teams to achieve targets. The apprentice will develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Sales Executive role. Gleeson Homes is a leading housebuilder focused on high-quality, affordable homes, transforming sites into vibrant communities. They manage regional operations from local offices across the North of England and the Midlands. The apprentice must complete a minimum of 6 hours of work each week during working hours towards their qualification, with monthly tutor sessions providing tasks.
