About the role

Swarm is working with Gleeson Homes who are recruiting Apprentice Sales Executives to join the growing Sales team on an 18 month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is commercially minded and wants to develop a long-term career in professional sales. Duties include delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships, identifying sales opportunities, supporting the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments, and working closely with Sales and Construction teams to achieve targets. The role also focuses on developing the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Sales Executive role. The apprenticeship involves a minimum of 6 hours of work each week during working hours, with monthly tutor training sessions and assigned tasks. Upon completion of the fixed-term contract, there is a possibility of a full-time permanent position within the company.
