About the role
Join WM Morrison Supermarkets PLC as a Retailer Apprentice in Darlington. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in retail management through the Proper Jobs: Fresh Start Programme. You will begin as a Customer Assistant for 13 weeks, gaining hands-on experience in customer service and store operations. Following this, you will embark on a 12-month Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship Standard. During the apprenticeship, you will learn essential retail skills including customer service, sales, stock management, product knowledge, communication, and teamwork. Upon successful completion, there is a potential pathway to the Sir Ken Morrison Leadership School, a six-month program designed to kickstart your journey into retail management. This role requires good communication and customer care skills, and applicants must be 18+.
