About the role

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking Apprentice Support Workers for its developing community day services in Market Rasen. This role is focused on helping adults with disabilities live each day to the full. The apprentice will support individuals with a wide range of activities including healthy eating, cookery, creative arts, gardening, personal development, fitness, health, intensive interaction, sensory support, and work skills development. The ideal candidate will have a positive outlook, a willingness to learn, and be able to work flexibly. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or C or above. Desired skills include communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, being non-judgemental, and patience.
