About the role
Clever Storage is seeking a Carpentry Apprentice for their location in Herne Bay. This apprenticeship offers hands-on site carpentry experience and one day per week of study at Canterbury College. The apprentice will assist with the installation of first and second fix carpentry, learn to measure, cut, and fit various materials, and support the construction of structural elements like walls, floors, roofs, staircases, doors, and windows. Key duties include safe and effective use of hand and power tools, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety procedures, and working collaboratively as part of a construction team.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C, plus good organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
