About the role
This apprenticeship at Village Primary Academy, part of THE HARMONY TRUST LTD, offers an exciting opportunity to become an Apprentice Early Years Assistant. The role involves supporting child-initiated and adult-led activities, focusing on individual child needs and interests. You will assist in observing and assessing children's development, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and secure environment. Partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals is key, alongside adhering to safeguarding procedures and duties of care. This is a Level 3 apprenticeship, equivalent to A-levels, and upon successful completion, could lead to progression as a Teaching Assistant within the Trust or other educational settings.
