About the role

Barney Bears Nursery is offering an Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship. This role involves working hands-on with children, gaining practical experience, and developing new skills under the guidance of experienced staff. Apprentices will assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, promoting learning through play in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, and creating a safe and stimulating environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and welcoming space, adhering to safeguarding and health & safety procedures, observing and monitoring children's progress, contributing to assessments, and communicating effectively with colleagues and parents. The apprenticeship also emphasizes promoting positive behaviour, social skills, and supporting children's daily routines.
