Parts Advisor Apprenticeship

About the role

Embark on a career as a Parts Advisor with Waylands Volvo. This apprenticeship program is designed to train you to become a qualified Parts Advisor, responsible for ordering, selling, and managing vehicle parts and accessories. You will advise customers, manage stock, process orders, and liaise with service technicians. The training combines virtual and face-to-face learning at a state-of-the-art training center, with successful completion leading to a Level 2 Retailer Standard and Volvo branded certifications. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, hardworking, and possesses excellent communication and IT literacy skills.

Entry requirements

• GCSE grades 9-4 (A-C) or equivalent in English and Maths.
