Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 Early Years Educator (NL)

About the role

This apprenticeship is ideal for someone with some prior knowledge and experience within a nursery or school setting, and especially someone passionate about childcare and early years, looking to further their career. You will gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and complete your Level 3 Paediatric First Aid. The role involves providing excellent activities for children, supporting their learning and development, preparing and maintaining the environment and resources, preparing food, supporting self-help needs, and adhering to safeguarding and health and hygiene rules. All training is completed remotely via teams with tutor support and weekly online sessions for the first 8 weeks. Upon completion, you will develop into a Level 3 practitioner with the potential for a permanent position and further career opportunities in childcare-oriented roles.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. The role also requires creativity, initiative, being non-judgemental, and patience.
