About the role
This Level 3 Apprenticeship in Early Years Education is an excellent opportunity for individuals with some prior experience in a nursery or school setting who are passionate about childcare and looking to advance their careers. You will be responsible for providing engaging activities that promote learning and fun for children, supporting their development through planning and observations, and preparing and maintaining the nursery environment and resources. The role also involves preparing food for children, supporting their self-help needs, and adhering to all safeguarding, health, and hygiene regulations. You will undertake necessary training, including First Aid, to meet current standards and legal requirements.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience are essential.
