Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 Early Years Educator (NW)

About the role

This Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship is designed for individuals with prior experience in nursery or school settings who are passionate about childcare and early years education. The role involves providing engaging activities that promote child learning and fun, supporting children's development through planning and observations, preparing and maintaining the learning environment and resources, and assisting with children's self-help needs. Successful candidates will also be involved in food preparation, adhere to safeguarding rules, and undertake necessary training, including First Aid. Upon completion, apprentices will be qualified as Level 3 practitioners with potential for permanent employment and future career progression into roles such as social work, teaching, or management.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4, strong communication, attention to detail, organisational, customer care, problem-solving, presentation skills, teamwork, creativity, initiative, non-judgemental attitude, and patience.
