About the role

This apprenticeship at FIRST FOOTSTEPS LTD is for a Level 3 Early Years Educator. The role involves providing excellent activities for children to learn and have fun, supporting their learning and development through planning and observations, and preparing and maintaining the learning environment and resources. You will also be involved in preparing food and supporting children's self-help needs. Key attributes include being creative, enthusiastic, following safeguarding rules, and adhering to health and hygiene requirements. The apprenticeship includes training in First Aid and staying updated on legal requirements and standards. Upon completion, you can progress to a Level 3 practitioner role with potential for permanent employment, or pursue other childcare-related careers such as social work, teaching, or management.
