Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship

About the role

This apprenticeship offers an opportunity to become an inspiring Early Years Practitioner at Horspath Nursery. You will gain a Level 3 EYE apprenticeship qualification while working with children aged birth to 5 years. Responsibilities include acting as a key person, observing and assessing children's learning within the EYFS framework, and developing positive partnerships with parents. The role requires strong communication, nurturing attitude, and attention to detail. The nursery is nestled in the grounds of Horspath Primary School and provides a welcoming, homely environment with access to excellent facilities. Successful candidates will be supported in their training and career progression within the company. This role requires passing an enhanced DBS check and completing mandatory training.
