About the role

Edyta's Little Explorers is seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice to join their nursery team in Middlesbrough. This apprenticeship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience, develop skills, and achieve a recognized qualification while working with children. Responsibilities include planning and delivering activities, maintaining children's development records, adhering to safeguarding procedures, supporting colleagues and parents, and participating in nursery events. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with domestic tasks. A commitment to the nursery's philosophy and all relevant policies and procedures is expected. Essential requirements include GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade 4, along with strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, teamwork, creative, and patience skills. The apprenticeship program includes day release training at Middlesbrough College once a week. Upon completion, there may be potential for employment depending on business circumstances.
