Early Years Level 3 Educator Apprenticeship

About the role

This full-time apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to work in a nursery environment, immersing yourself in the magic of children's play. You will earn as you learn, completing your apprenticeship at the nursery with in-house, face-to-face early years tutors, eliminating the need for college. Duties include creating awe and inspiration for children through engaging activities and teaching new skills, gaining knowledge and behaviors to become a qualified practitioner, supporting children's daily needs from meal times to well-being, and teaching through various play types both indoors and outdoors, including outings to enhance cultural experiences. This apprenticeship can lead to a career as a head of room/senior practitioner, deputy or nursery manager, or other early years roles.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4, and a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification with a pass. Essential skills include communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, being non-judgmental, patience, and physical fitness.
