About the role
Join PENRHYN PRE-SCHOOL as a Childcare Apprentice and contribute to creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children aged 0-5. You will be involved in teaching within the EYFS requirements, participating in indoor and outdoor activities, and supporting children with self-care needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team. You will also liaise with parents and external customers, providing a high level of service. This apprenticeship offers a pathway to becoming a Level 3 practitioner with potential for full-time employment and further career progression into roles such as Room Leader or management training.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths & English: C/4 or above, Functional Skills Maths & English: Level 2. Strong communication, IT, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
