About the role

Little Lodge Nursery in Bransford is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Early Years Level 3 Apprentice. This Outstanding-rated setting prioritizes outdoor learning and child development, offering hands-on experience to help children grow, learn, and thrive. As a key member of the nursery team, the apprentice will be involved in planning and implementing fun educational activities, playing alongside children, supporting their creative experiences, maintaining development records, supervising children during rest and mealtimes, and promoting health and safety. The role requires a friendly, approachable, patient, caring, and reliable individual with the ability to interact positively with children and adults, work independently, and be flexible. This position is ideal for someone with a bubbly, outgoing personality committed to apprenticeship work.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4-9. Desired qualities include communication skills, teamwork, creativity, and being non-judgmental.
