Key duties include site preparation, levelling ground, installing steelwork, excavation, drainage systems, concreting, preparing surfaces for paths and roads, general building maintenance, and operating hand tools and construction equipment. You will also support experienced team members and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures. This role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and initiative. A full UK driving licence is essential due to the mobile nature of the work.
