About the role
BEDSPACE RESOURCE LTD is looking for a Multi Skills Apprentice in Maintenance to join their team. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property maintenance, including clearing and cleaning properties, carrying out repairs, and ensuring properties meet Bedspace Ofsted Standards. You will work safely and follow company policies, collaborating with Maintenance and Housing teams to complete work efficiently. This role requires strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, along with a non-judgemental and patient attitude.
