About the role
Kick-start your career with a Property Maintenance Apprenticeship. You'll gain hands-on experience carrying out repairs, maintenance and property improvements while learning from an experienced team. Duties include clearing and cleaning empty properties, carrying out a range of property repairs and general maintenance tasks, ensuring properties meet Ofsted Standards, working safely and following Health & Safety policies, prioritizing properties with Maintenance and Housing teams, completing work to a high standard, and communicating effectively with colleagues.
