About the role

LetHQ are seeking a well-spoken individual with excellent telephone manner to join their growing team. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the UK's fastest-expanding providers of tenant referencing and specialist insurance products. You will be responsible for progressing tenant reference applications using bespoke software and handling a variety of customer queries through online and telephone channels. Key duties include customer service, managing telephone calls, responding to enquiries and emails, utilizing the in-house CRM system, and providing client support.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above are desired. Essential skills include communication, IT proficiency, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administration, numerical ability, analytical thinking, logic, teamwork, creativity, initiative, being non-judgmental, patient, enthusiastic, and well-spoken.
