About the role
Balgores Property Services Ltd is seeking an Apprentice Negotiator to join their team in Gravesend. This role involves supporting the sales team with property viewings, sales, customer service, and business development. The apprentice will be responsible for registering applicants, managing the database, booking viewings, conducting property viewings, and prospecting for new business. Key duties include client interaction, administrative tasks, and adhering to company policies. Saturday work is required, with a weekday off. Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (or equivalent) are desired. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, and teamwork skills are essential.
