About the role

Wycombe Food Hub CIC is seeking a Resources Manager apprentice to coordinate people, systems, and projects within their busy community organisation. This Level 4 apprenticeship offers the chance to gain practical experience in volunteer coordination, project management, and operational improvements while working towards an Associate Project Manager qualification. Key duties include managing volunteer rotas, onboarding, and retention, coordinating operational projects, maintaining training records, administering core systems, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role requires strong communication, IT, organizational, and administrative skills, with essential GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above). A BTEC in Business (Pass) is desired. A full driving licence is essential. This on-site role involves regular contact with staff and the public, with potential for local driving, off-site work, and key-holder responsibilities. Upon completion, apprentices will be well-equipped for roles such as Project Coordinator or Operations Coordinator, with opportunities for further progression.
