About the role

OpenView Security Solutions Limited is seeking an Apprentice Project Manager to join their team. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within the dynamic fire and security industry. The apprentice will be involved in all aspects of project delivery, from mobilization and planning to financial management and client liaison. Key responsibilities include receiving and mobilizing new projects, managing project plans, mitigating risks, reviewing contract documents, raising orders, controlling costs, preparing claims for payment, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves managing project variations, ensuring timely delivery within agreed timescales, and producing high-quality project administration, including O&M manuals and Health & Safety documentation. The apprentice will work closely with the Health & Safety Department to ensure compliance with all regulations. Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to progression into a Junior Project Manager or Project Manager position.
