Early Years Educator Apprentice

About the role

Victoria Nursery is seeking a passionate individual to join their team as a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice. This apprenticeship is ideal for those with prior experience in a nursery or school setting who are looking to advance their career in childcare. The role involves providing engaging activities for children, supporting their learning and development, preparing the environment and resources, assisting with food preparation, supporting children's self-help needs, and ensuring safeguarding and health and hygiene standards are met. The apprenticeship offers comprehensive training, including remote sessions and Paediatric First Aid certification. Upon successful completion, apprentices will gain a Level 3 qualification and have the potential for a permanent role with opportunities for further career progression into various childcare-related roles.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience are essential.
