Key duties include assisting dentists during clinical procedures, preparing and maintaining the surgery, cleaning and sterilizing instruments, mixing dental materials, supporting and reassuring patients, maintaining patient records, and adhering to infection control and safety procedures. The role also involves stock control, ordering, and general housekeeping, fostering teamwork and developing confidence and initiative.
