About the role
Fantastic opportunity to join NEW ROAD DENTAL PRACTICE LTD as a Level 3 Apprentice Dental Nurse in BROMSGROVE. You will work towards a Level 3 Dental Nurse qualification with full support from the practice and Walsall College. Duties include assisting the dentist, maintaining infection control, ensuring surgery cleanliness, managing patient information, and interacting with patients to make them feel welcome and reassured. The role requires strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, and customer care skills. Essential GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4 or above) are required. You must be able to handle exposure to bodily fluids and work with nervous patients and children in a fast-paced environment. Hep B inoculation and a DBS check are also required. Upon qualification, you can register with the General Dental Council and explore further progression routes such as Radiography, Oral Health Practitioner, and Sedation.
