About the role

The SHE Technician apprentice will support managers in ensuring health, safety, and environmental requirements are met. Duties include developing safe systems of work, delivering training, investigating incidents, analysing data, and promoting a positive safety culture. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health, safety, and wellbeing, eager to build a career in the profession. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learn to monitor compliance, support investigations, conduct audits, analyse safety data, and contribute to safety initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Full training and support will be provided throughout the apprenticeship programme.

Entry requirements

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in work, volunteering, education or community activities that demonstrates responsibility and teamwork. Full UK driving licence (or ability to travel around to multiple sites across the country).
