About the role
This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals passionate about childcare and early years, with some prior experience in a nursery or school setting. The role involves providing engaging activities that support children's learning and development, preparing and maintaining the learning environment, assisting with food preparation, and upholding safeguarding and hygiene standards. Upon completion, apprentices will achieve a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and have the potential for a permanent position. Career progression opportunities include moving into other childcare-related roles such as social work, teaching, or management.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience are also essential.
